If you are Running a Regatta then you will need to Download and make some copies of some of these Forms.
If You Intend on Racing or Running a Boat this Season then you will need to apply for a Licence and Boat Registration
Regatta Entry Forms will also be placed here as well as on the Regattas Information Page
You will need to Download some of these Forms and fill them out and send them in if you are going to Race this Season Please send them in as early as possible.
If you have any doubts please contact your Club Secretary, or Someone from the the NZPBA on the Contacts Page.

Need to Register your Race Boat and get an NZPBA Race Licence then you may need to fill out some or all of the Following as well as supply a copy of your Club Membership for the coming Season If you do not send in your Paid up Club Receipt for the coming Season then your Application will not be accepted.
Race Licence's from Affiliated members of the New Zealand Powerboat Federation can be used in the NZPBA. You may be subject to racing under the Provisional Licence rules for the class you are entering in if you have not previously raced in the NZPBA before. Please feel free to ask about your situation with our Officials on the Contacts Page.

Proof of current membership to an affiliated club for the ensuing year
Dunk Test Certification or Certificate (if applicable)
UIM Acknowledgment & Agreement Form (To be completed if not held a licence since 2008 and for all new drivers)
UIM Therapeutic Use Exemptions Form (if applicable)
